    We offer unique modern offices from 300 to 8,000 Sq ft, with traditional architecture, set within an attractive rural environment with good road links to the A508, A5, A43, A45 and M1. Situated between Northampton and Milton Keynes, the offices are in an ideal location for commuting staff and clients.

    Our office premises have been sympathetically restored from their previous functions as working farm buildings, when they housed both livestock and arable crop, and offer businesses an enjoyable, traditional and rural place to work with modern amenities supporting the requirements of operating an efficient business.

    All offices are self-contained with their own kitchens and WCs.  There are shower facilities available on site at the gym for those that like to cycle to work or take a stroll or jog on the purpose-built field walk or after a gym workout.

    All office space has raised access flooring, giving the benefit of an infinite number of office layouts and allowing neat power, data and telecoms supply to workstations. There is a 1GB fibre optic hub on site providing high speed internet to the offices, which is also supported with a backup system and can be tailored to suit individual business needs. We also have our own on-site IT support provided by Bluebell IT Solutions who monitor our network 24/7 to ensure the smooth running of the system.
