Our Gym is located in the same complex as our Café overlooking our beautiful, large pond and is open 24/7 for Gym Members.
In line with that of a non-manned gym, Briary Barn Gym has been designed with our Tenants in mind, keeping equipment user friendly and manageable without the aid of a PT and access being via a key fob system.
Showers and WC’s (including disabled access) are available next door to the Gym and these are readily accessible from 8am to 4pm and via key fob at all other times.
All good businesses want their staff to be healthy and happy. Having a private gym, near the place of work, is a big motivator to keep fit and balance a daytime, office-based lifestyle. Keeping the body active is a great way to keep the mind active.
