The office premises have been sympathetically restored from their previous functions as working farm buildings, when they housed both livestock and arable crop, and offers businesses an enjoyable, traditional and rural place to work with modern amenities supporting the requirements of operating an efficient business.
With good road links from the M1 and situated between Northampton and Milton Keynes, the offices are in an ideal location for commuting staff and visitors.
All leased office space has raised access flooring, giving the benefit of an infinite number of office layouts and allowing neat power, data and telecoms supply to workstations. There is a 1GB fibre optic hub on site providing high speed internet to the offices, which is also supported with a back up system and can be tailored to suit individual business needs.
All offices are self-contained with their own kitchen, at least two WCs and in some cases a shower room for those that like to cycle to work or take a stroll or jog on the purpose-built field walk.
Hot and cold refreshments are supplied by Briary Barn Café which also offers catering for functions and meetings.
